Support one of the worlds largest online travel platforms helping millions of customers book flights hotels and travel services. Be part of an international team assisting travelers throughout their entire journey from booking to post-travel support.

Your Mission
As a Travel Support Agent you will assist customers via phone email and messaging primarily in German. Youll handle booking modifications cancellations refunds complaints and general travel inquiries while delivering high-quality customer experiences. English is used for training and internal communication.

What Youll Do
Manage booking changes and cancellations (flights hotels packages)
Process refunds and payment-related inquiries
Provide service recovery solutions and complaint handling
Support partner/extranet accounts and customer reviews
Ensure accuracy efficiency and customer satisfaction

Schedule
Rotational shifts between 08:0000:00
MondaySunday (5 working days per week)

Training & Start Dates
15 days fully paid training
Start Dates: 06 March 2026 24 April 2026

Compensation Package
1300 gross/month
Up to 10% performance bonus
Meal allowance up to 100/month

Relocation Support (if moving to Greece)
Option 1: Flight ticket 2 weeks hotel agency fee covered
Option 2: 250 relocation allowance agency fee covered

Requirements
German C1 / Native (mandatory)
English B2
Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
