About the Role
We are looking for fluent Dutch speakers with B2-level English to join our Customer Services team in Sofia.
As a Customer Contact Specialist you will provide phone support for CAK in the Netherlands answering daily inquiries related to the Social Support Act and Long-Term Care Act. Your work will primarily involve assisting callers with questions about outstanding balances direct debits administration and changes to these schemes.
Training will be provided for 12 weeks depending on the group size and progress.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Provide clear guidance on CAK regulations and procedures
Assist customers with account management and updates
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Escalate complex cases according to internal procedures
Requirements
Dutch (no Flemish accents)
English proficiency at B2 level
Valid residency card (EU citizens or refugee card) blue card or work permit not accepted
Ability to work full-time on-site in Sofia
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Base salary
Performance bonus: 100 EUR

Monthly transportation/internet allowance: 50 BGN net
Night shift pay (if applicable)
