We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join a growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in cold calling and lead generation particularly within the tech or digital advertising space.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and driving the early stages of the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling and digital channels
Identify and qualify potential leads
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
Engage decision-makers and present relevant solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth
Maintain accurate records of activities and leads
What Were Looking For
Fluency in German and English (B2 or higher)
Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling sales
Strong understanding of business development and lead generation strategies
Experience in tech or digital advertising (highly preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
