About the Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join a growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in cold calling and lead generation particularly within the tech or digital advertising space.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and driving the early stages of the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling and digital channels
- Identify and qualify potential leads
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Engage decision-makers and present relevant solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth
- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in German and English (B2 or higher)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling sales
- Strong understanding of business development and lead generation strategies
- Experience in tech or digital advertising (highly preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
