About the Role
We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join the CAK project in this role you will support customers in the Netherlands assisting with inquiries related to social support and long-term care regulations. Your Responsibilities
Provide phone-based customer support to clients in Dutch
Answer questions related to the Social Support Act and Long-Term Care Act
Assist with inquiries such as outstanding balances direct debits and administrative changes
Ensure clear accurate and professional communication
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
What Were Looking For
Dutch Fluency
Good command of English (B2 level)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Training
Paid training (12 weeks) depending on group size and progress
