Base Salary: EUR gross annually
Annual Target Bonus: 2914 EUR gross
About the Role:
We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Specialist to join an international this role you will manage clients within a dedicated territory drive renewals and sales identify upsell opportunities and support customers throughout onboarding to ensure successful product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and renewal targets
Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
Manage customers within a dedicated territory
Support onboarding and encourage product adoption
Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
What Were Looking For:
Fluent English and German written and spoken
2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
Proven track record of achieving individual or team targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to new tools and processes
