You will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring a smooth and positive experience while resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in German (phone email live chat)

Handle inquiries related to products services billing or technical issues

Resolve complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner

Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system

Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary

Meet KPIs related to response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction
Profile Requirements

Fluent German (C2 level written and spoken)

Good command of English (B2 minimum)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer literacy

Previous experience in customer service call center or helpdesk
