Job Summary

Are you a German speaker based in South Africa Do you want to launch your career in the fast-paced world of E-commerce We are looking for German-speaking Customer Experience Associates to join our team at our premier office hub in Umhlanga.

This is an Onsite position where you will represent a global online retail giant providing world-class support to customers in the German market.

The Role: Impact & Customer Care

Retail Support: Assist German-speaking customers via phone email and chat with inquiries regarding orders account management and product information.
Problem Solving: Resolve delivery issues payment queries and returns with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Brand Advocacy: Provide a friendly and professional service that reflects the premium standards of a global retail leader.
Technical Navigation: Use advanced retail platforms and CRM tools to track customer journeys and update information accurately.

Who You Are

Language Skills: Proficient to native-level German (B2 C1 or C2) and fluent English.
Education: Matric (Grade 12) completion is essential.
Location: You are currently based in the Durban/Umhlanga area or are willing to relocate from other South African cities with companys support
Experience: No prior experience is required! We provide full high-quality training. However any background in retail or customer service is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication empathy and the ability to navigate computer systems efficiently.
