Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Freshman Class Advisor for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.
Major Responsibilities:- Host yearly elections of officers.
- Hold monthly meetings with officers.
- Have at minimum 2 fundraisers per year.
- Work with other advisors as needed to plan multi-class events.
- Supervise all planed events.
- Work with Business Office to follow all school policies around fundraising.
- Follow all policies and procedures in regard to tracking spending holding and saving money.
- Plan Implement and supervise fieldtrips following school procedures and policies.
- Complete an approved Program of Work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with students parents and staff.
Additional Requirements:- This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:Effective Dates of Employment:- This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year (July 1 2026 June 30 2027).
Supervisor:Compensation:- The stipend for this position is $2321.
