The opportunity

Were looking for Staff with expertise in Technical Strategy Consulting to join the leadership group of our EY Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.

• We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in to design develop and maintain our API and web API layers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS MongoDB and CI/CD practices along with proficiency in using tools like GitHub and various code editors. Additionally the candidate should be adept at application support including log analysis using monitoring tools like Grafana With 4 to 8 Yrs of Experience

Your key responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis outage and resolution of production issues.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Revise update refactor and debug code.
• Improve existing software.
• Serve as a Support Engg on Applications and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fix the issues.
• Understand code Fix and clean the code using Java programming languages.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong proficiency in Javascript HTML CSS and TypeScript
• Proven experience as an Angular developer or support engineer.
• Design develop and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using .
• Create and manage RESTful APIs and web API layers to support front-end applications.
• Debug complex issues perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions with minimal downtime
• Work with MongoDB to design and optimize database schemas and queries for performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Harness and Jenkins to automate deployment processes.
• General working knowledge with the AWS with at least Two year of experience with building and deploying solutions based on Microsoft Azure / AWS
• Experience using distributed version control systems: Git/SVN Devops
• Experience in API (REST RPC SOAP)
• Familiarity with AWS Kubernetes and containers.
• JSON and Rest API integration
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Attention to details.
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices and ITIL Process.
• Experience in using Service Now Incident Service Request and Change Management Process.
• Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
• Have exposure to working in shifts and on-call support.

To qualify for the role you must have

• 4 to 8 years of experience in maintenance and support configuration testing integration and deployment
• Flexible to work in shifts and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis.
• Strong in Transact SQL or PL/SQL strong RDBMS concepts with experience in either MS SQL Server or Oracle.
• Solid working knowledge of relational database development: MS SQL/SQL Azure EF 6 EF Core.
• Solid working knowledge of Azure Function Logic Apps Containers Webapps and Azure Kubernetes services
