Position Title: Marketing Manager

Reports to: Vice President Integrated Marketing & Digital Enablement North America

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping KSBs brand presence and driving growth across products and services.This roleis responsible fordeveloping and executing marketing strategies for an assigned market areabuilding the KSBbrand and delivering creative campaigns that effectively reach targetgroups.

The ideal candidate is creative influential and digitally minded with a strong focus on developing and deploying market-driven strategiescampaigns and programs grounded in customer and marketunderstanding. This individual is results-oriented and motivated by business impact with the ability to translatecustomerfeedbackand market dynamics into marketing approaches that drive measurable growth.

Success in this role requires comfortoperatingin a fast-paced environment withhigh expectations. Marketing and digital initiatives are viewed as strategic levers at KSB and the Marketing is expected to collaborate across functions influence stakeholders and execute with creative excellence.

Location: Richmond VA (preferred) or Remote

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Translate businessand the overall marketingstrategyinto actionable marketing roadmaps and innovative customer-and result-focused campaigns across digital print and events to drive growth and brand awareness.

  • Build and lead thought leadership campaigns and content by proactivelyidentifyingrelevantcustomer industry and market themes and driving execution in close collaboration with the market area.

  • Develop and execute sales and rep enablement materials campaigns and toolsworking closely with sales teams to understand customer needsandmarket dynamics.

  • Build and implement digital lead management across the entire buying center (repsOEMsconsultants and KSB)leveragingCRM and marketing technologies.

  • Operate marketingautomationdrivencampaignsandnew marketingtechnologies to increase efficiency and customer engagement.

  • Plan execute andoptimizeall marketing activitiesusing data-driven insights market research competitive analysis and customer feedback.

  • Develop and overseecreationof engaging content for websites social media brochures presentations and other customer-facing materials.

  • Continuouslyprofessionalizemarketing and communications within the assigned market area by delivering standardized cohesive sales and marketing materials.

  • Manage marketing budgets aligningspendwith strategicobjectivesand ensuring measurable impact.

  • Plan organize and execute trade shows conferences and customer events to strengthen brand presence andcustomerengagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketingcommunicationsor related field

  • 3-5years experiencein marketing or brand management roles

  • Understanding of industrial and B2B marketing

  • Proactive opportunity-driven mindset with the ability to lead ideasandinnovation

  • Strong creative skills even in high-pressure situations

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiencyin using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics social media platformscontent management systemsmarketing automation software etc.

  • Graphic design skills and working knowledge of standard graphic design programs

  • Analyticalmindwith the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-evolving business and market dynamics with the confidence to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
