Technical Project Manager

Location: Charlotte NC or Atlanta GA.

Work is Hybrid onsite 2 x per week

Client needs a hands-on Technical PM profile for a PM position.

Work Description: They will be working closely with a Truist manager (name will depend on the location). The management will be related to the platform migration efforts. They have a SAS program. The person knowing MS Projects inside out will be helpful. They will be tracking and creating dashboards.

Skills:
7 years of hands-on strong expertise in project planning and tracking using MS Project
Good understanding of Technical nature of migration projects
Excellent stakeholder management

Responsibilities:

• Project management related to platform migration efforts (SaaS program)
• Tracking and creating dashboards within MS Project
• Maintain and organize product backlogs by capturing refining and prioritizing user stories and business requirements
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and refinement sessions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders business partners and vendors to define objectives capture requirements and ensure alignments
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks dependencies and blockers to maintain steady delivery progress
• Support effective communication between teams leadership and stakeholders by maintaining transparency around project status issues and next steps
• Oversee documentation processes to ensure project artifacts deliverables and decisions are accurate accessible and properly maintained

Qualifications:

• 7 years of hands-on strong expertise in project planning and tracking using MS Project
• Strong understanding of technical nature of migration projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Highly skilled at Status Reporting
