Job Summary
Description
Associate Technical Writer
- Design and develop product documentation for software applications and technologies
- Write and edit online help user guides and release notes for technical and business audiences
- Work closely with the Engineering Product Management Support and Professional Services teams to understand product features evaluate user/design specifications and create documentation
- Follow best practices and standards for technical writing and content delivery
- Use independent judgment and discretion to evaluate and recommend solutions to execute on established goals projects and deliverables
- Produce multiple deliverables with frequent deadlines under limited supervision according to established release timelines
- Maintain a working knowledge of all assigned Accruent products and technical writing technologies
