Job Summary:

This role supports Procurement operations across all purchasing categories contributing to supplier management cost analysis and process execution. The Associate Procurement Professional works closely with buyers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence data accuracy compliance with procurement policies and continuous improvement of sourcing and purchasing activities.

What you will do:

• Support buyers and category teams across multiple Procurement categories acting as a key interface for day-to-day operational and analytical activities.
• Serve as a point of contact with suppliers supporting quotation processes negotiations and commercial follow-ups.
• Execute and support supplier quotation processes through procurement systems (e.g. PROcure Lognet or equivalent tools).
• Support price negotiations for components and tooling including data preparation and analysis.
• Manage purchase order governance activities including creation closure and system maintenance.
• Maintain accurate pricing and supplier data in procurement systems ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from a procurement perspective.
• Work closely with Procurement professionals on strategic and improvement initiatives.
• Support daily guidance and operational training of interns and junior resources when applicable.
• Ensure adherence to Procurement policies interdepartmental standards and Compliance requirements including support for internal and external audits.

What you will have:

Purchasing Tasks and Activities: Knowledge of policies regulations and processes of purchasing; ability to use practices and procedures for procurement of materials components equipment and services.

Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner. Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Effective Communications: Understanding effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Basic requirements:

- Bachelors degree completed and/or in progress in Business Administration Engineering International Trade Information Systems or related fields.

- Intermediate in English.

- Proficiency in Office 365.

Top candidates will also have:

- Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (Excel Power Point and Word)

- Intermediate proficiency in Power BI. Power App Power Automate

- Previous experience or exposure to Procurement Supply Chain Logistics or Business operations including interaction with suppliers and/or internal customers.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
