Role Definition:

Identifies investigates monitors and resolves customer issues in accordance with standards and processes.

What You Will Do:

• Develop integrate and transform data within the Snowflake analytics platform to support enterprise analytics and reporting
• Advanced SQL skill to produce wellstructured highperformance datasets supporting demand inventory procurement production engineering and aftermarket business processes
• Partner with project leads and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions using SQL Python and Power BI following defined project plans
• Provide customer support by responding to data inquiries validating issues analyzing root causes and delivering clear answers and solutions
• Develop and support ETL processes including scheduled daily data jobs from multiple source systems
• Support data platform operations including data access management and database administration in compliance with governance standards
• Contribute to process standard work technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Application Design Architecture: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.

Data Warehousing: Knowledge of how to collect data from different information sources and distribute them to users; ability to simplify information systems and make sound business decisions.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• Pre-Advanced English
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database structures
• Experience with Python and Power BI
• Experience working with database management system preferably Snowflake
• Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
• Customerfocused mindset with attention to detail and adherence to standards
• Knowledge of SAP ERP Azure cloud platform or related business processes is a plus

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
