Do you have experience recruiting and sourcing clinical candidates in the hospital/healthcare industry Join BJC Health System as a Talent Advisor in a career changing fast paced role where you impact the lives of our patients and their families!
Previous staffing experience preferred recruiting Nurses and a variety of clinical roles strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills (preferred in a sales role) via email phone and in-person
Ideal candidate has ambition and is results oriented
Mainly a Remote role but has responsibilities in our hospitals and at Career Events
Candidate must reside in the Kansas City area
5-10 years of experience required.
Bachelors degree required
