Job Description

We are looking for a talented Interaction Designer to join our this role you will contribute across various phases of design projects turning insights into user-centered design solutions. Your work will span from research and usability testing to wireframes user flows and prototypes from low to high fidelity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and usability testing; translate findings into actionable design outcomes
Produce wireframes user journeys and prototypes for digital products and services
Test and validate concepts through feasibility and usability studies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively
Stay up to date with industry trends and apply them to design strategies
Manage multiple projects with frequent iterations and evolving requirements
Partner with internal stakeholders to create design solutions that align with business goals

Requirements

35 years of hands-on experience as a Designer in the industry
Educational background in Visual Communication Design Interaction Design Product Design Service Design or related fields like Human-Computer Interaction or Computer Scienceor equivalent practical design experience
A strong portfolio that showcases interaction design skills understanding of design principles and application of Human-Centered Design methodology (methods tools storytelling and iterative thinking)
Experience designing for web and mobile platforms using tools like Sketch Adobe Creative Cloud Balsamiq Zeplin ProtoPie Miro or similar
Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal
Highly adaptable accountable and collaborative with the ability to work in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
