Reporting to the relevant Senior/General Manager within the Iron Ore People team you will partner with senior leaders to design and/or execute initiatives to enhance culture and engagement in line with the business strategy.

What youll bring

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

• Relevant senior business partnering experience within a large networked organisation

• Ability to define strategy and translate that strategy into executable and measurable outcomes

• Proven ability to engage influence and collaborate with senior leadership and apply contemporary HR systems processes and obligations to complex problems

• Ability to coach and influence senior leaders in a way that drives improvement tests conventional thinking and challenges the status quo

• Experience in organisational design and implementation of appropriate tools and systems organisation and development interventions

• A HR or business-related qualification will be seen as advantageous

• It will be beneficial if you have experience within the resources/heavy industry/manufacturing sector
