Were looking for an experienced Laboratory Services Manager to drive the evolution and delivery of our laboratory services playing a key part in bringing our Asset Management strategy to life.
Youll lead a highperforming team championing safety efficiency and profitability across the lab. Most importantly the work you lead will directly enhance the reliability and uptime of our customers machinescreating meaningful impact every day.
What youll be doing:
- Lead develop and empower a highperforming team through coaching capability building and technical training.
- Drive the strategic delivery and continuous improvement of laboratory services to meet business and customer needs.
- Oversee product and service development ensuring quality compliance and operational excellence across all lab activities.
- Shape business planning and budgeting by contributing to forecasts resource planning and key operational priorities.
- Build and influence strong stakeholder relationships ensuring clear communication and alignment across the organisation.
- Lead operational efficiency initiatives to enhance service reliability performance and overall business outcomes.
What youll need:
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Advanced experience leading business units driving strategic initiatives and overseeing operational performance.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven capability in strategic planning
- Expertise in analysing currentstate processes identifying gaps and applying rootcause and systems analysis to improve performance.
- Advanced experience in product or service development including conceptualisation evaluation and requirements analysis.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
- 1015 years of broad professional experience including 610 years in leadership or management roles.
