We are currently seeking a super-efficient Warehouse Administrator to join our team based at our Tamworth facility.
What Youll Do:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor this role is responsible for providing administration support including:
- Performing warehouse administrative tasks including accounts payable expenses stock control sundry orders receipting processing delivery dockets and filling out consignment notes
- Assisting customers with products and queries
- Maintaining safety processes
- Providing general administrative support to the warehouse including various customer queries
- Working and communicating with transport and logistics companies truck drivers and store personal
- Assisting with packing small orders
What Youll Bring:
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and addition you will demonstrate:
- A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
- Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
- Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickly
