Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in supporting efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This position requires physical stamina attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate handling of materials. The ideal candidate is dependable safety-conscious and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including standing walking squatting bending twisting and lifting 10 50 lbs. regularly.
- Operate manual and power pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation using computer systems.
- Support shipping receiving and material handling processes efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 2 years of warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- SAP experience is a plus (training provided if needed).
- Valid forklift certification helpful but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong reliability and dependability.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
