DescriptionMission
The Business Solution Administrator Engineering and EHS applications is responsible for support and maintenance for applications in Engineering EHS and Innovation area.
Responsibilities
- Support and administration
- Provide first level support to designated applications in the Engineering Innovation and EHS area. This will be done using the ticketing system to receive and resolve incidents
- Work with the application and service providers to resolve issues and elaborate specifications
- Application administration including user creation software updates and support for configuration and infrastructure updates for the designated applications
- License readiness through monitoring the usage of licenses and predicting potential future changes to support the license procurement process
- Reporting and automation administration through update of report configuration workflow processes based on updates of business key process indicators
- Knowledge transfer and user training for the designated applications
- Support for business processes
- Administrate the organizational structure and manage the setup or deletion of industrial sites
- Support users with the creation or troubleshooting of reports dashboards and data extraction
- Manage the opening and closing of regular data collection campaigns
- Contribute to the growth and success of our business by providing the skills tools and insights to our teams.
- Apply best practices to design and implement improvements to end -to-end processes
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field would be desirable and/or equivalent experience.
- Overall understanding of EHS Domain and its IT applications. Knowledge of EHS Audits Incident Management regulatory Compliance processes and EHS related standards
- Overall understanding of engineering domain and its IT applications (2D and 3D CAD PLM and 3DScan). Knowledge of engineering lifecycle management review management and PLM connection drivers for CAD software.
- Experience in ITIL-based service delivery incident/problem/change management (eg. ServiceNow).
- Experience in administration of cloud applications and in the SSO configuration management for business applications (eg. OKTA)
- Experience in integrated IT solutions through web API calls and data management frameworks
- Fluency in English
