The Impact

Were looking for a highly skilledSenior DevOps/Platform Engineerto help strengthen and scale our platform capabilities. You will play a key role inautomating infrastructure improving delivery pipelines enhancing reliability and embedding securityacross the software lifecycle. Youll collaborate closely with engineering product and business stakeholdersbringing a proactive ownership-driven mindset and a strong focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructureacross compute storage networking serverless messaging and workflow orchestration capabilities
  • Design and operate automated delivery pipelinesthat support builds testing releases and safe deployments
  • Partner with development teams to ensure smoothpromotion of services into production including release readiness and operational handoffs
  • Driveavailability and reliabilitythrough performance tuning capacity planning autoscaling strategies and proactive alerting/incident response
  • Build and maintaininfrastructure-as-codeto standardize environments improve repeatability and reduce manual operations
  • Embedsecurity best practicesinto infrastructure delivery workflows and runtime operations to protect sensitive data and reduce vulnerabilities
  • Mentor junior engineers and encourage a culture ofshared ownership documentation and continuous improvement
  • Take ownership of platform initiativesfrom concept through delivery ensuring outcomes align with timelines and business goals
  • Maintain and enhance existing platform services to meet evolving business requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Experience:59 years in DevOps platform engineering cloud security engineering or related roles
  • Cloud expertise:Strong hands-on experience operating a major cloud provider across compute storage networking databases monitoring and security controls
  • Infrastructure automation:Proven ability to define and manage infrastructure throughdeclarative templatesand automated provisioning practices
  • Database operations:Experience supporting bothrelationalandkey-value / NoSQLdatabase technologies including performance backup/recovery and availability considerations
  • Operating systems & runtime environments:Comfortable working acrossWindows and Linux with knowledge of modern packaging/containerization approaches
  • Observability:Experience withlogging metrics tracing dashboards and alertingto enable rapid detection and resolution of issues
  • CI/CD practices:Hands-on familiarity with modern automated testing and release practices includingtest-drivenapproaches where applicable
  • Scripting & automation:Proficiency in one or more scripting languages commonly used for automation and systems tasks
  • Problem solving:Strong troubleshooting and systems thinking able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Communication:Able to clearly explain technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
