TECHNICAL ANALYST (DEVOPS)

YOUR ROLE
- Business support and management of requests/incidents.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with infrastructure and network teams.
- Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Application installation and configuration.
- Impact analysis and coordination of change requests.
- Participation in mandatory infrastructure activities (DR tests backups certificate renewals).
- Execution of tests and validation of changes.
- Ensuring compliance with security and privacy requirements.
- Capacity planning and cost optimization (FinOps).
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelors/Masters degree in IT.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Solid experience in cloudnative environments especially Azure OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD GitOps automation and tools such as GitHub Argo CD JIRA ServiceNow and Confluence.
- Skills in scripting automation and infrastructure management.
- Background in Java PHP and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of security compliance and PaaS operations in regulated environments.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
