About the Role Accountabilities & Outcomes

Accountable for leading the marketing for the Residential business including strategy and go to market value proposition development brand strategy and campaign development and execution.

  • Drive Strategy and go-to-market planning for the consumer segment of the Residential business together with key cross functional partners in Product Marketing and Sales and across the business. Develop GTM strategy for major feature releases including launch plans timelines and success metrics.

  • Develop and drive the vision for the product value proposition and drive perception of Why Domain for consumers. Define and deliver messaging that differentiates our offering and resonates with key customer segments.

  • Develop the go to market strategy and execution for consumer; including audience segmentation and prioritisation campaign and creative development and drive Audience growth and consumer preference. Partner with Insights and analytics to leverage market customer and competitive research to inform the strategy.

  • Drive Residential brand strategy including funnel analysis strategic goals for campaigns and brand portfolio management across CoStar Group Australia and Domain.

  • Serve as a subjectmatter expert for consumer products into the Marketing team.

  • Leadership of the consumer product marketing team. Implement best practice people management talent acquisition and retention high performance culture and efficient ways of working.

About You.

Essentials

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2C product marketing with > 10 years experience.

  • Demonstrated Product influence: Partnership with product team to shape product vision value proposition positioning and go to market strategy.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to interpret data insights and financials and turn it into actionable marketing plans that drive business outcomes.

  • Communication and Campaigns: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills storytelling campaign and creative development skills with an ability to drive clarity and influence internal cross functional teams and external stakeholders.

  • Leadership: Experience leading and managing teams including managing managers. Ability to set vision expectations inspire team attract and develop talent and capabilities drive high performance and engagement and implement foundational processes.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.

Preferred

  • Experience in Real Estate Tech Media Advertising or Software industries.

  • Proven track record of successfully driving growth of a challenger brand.

  • Experience driving strong local influence in a global organisation.

  • Experience in delivering high impact scaled Events & Experiences.
