Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Act as the day-to-day liaison between the Group Product Manager and the product development UX design and business teams.
• Maintain the kanban board facilitate daily huddles and manage backlog prioritisation.
• Assist with documenting user stories and requirements ensuring alignment of design and development teams with desired product outcomes as set by the Group Product Manager.
• Assist with conducting user research and analyse feedback via tools like Dovetail and Productboard.
• Lead co-ordination of pilot and beta programs gather feedback and behavioural usage analytics data to contribute to product roadmap decisions and success metrics.
• Provide creative input on UX and visual design ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
• Support internal teams with troubleshooting portfolio data issues including corporate actions security pricing and performance calculations ensuring accurate reporting.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to position Engage releases effectively in the market and help with client presentations.
• Drive release communication knowledge sharing and operational handovers.
• Explore AI-driven solutions for efficient internal and customer facing support guide documentation.
• Undertake self-education on the suite of HUB24 Group applications the opportunities to achieve synergies through Engage and be a key team member in driving its successful integration both from a data architecture and user experience perspective

Requirements:

• 10 years working in Financial Services & Technology with expertise in portfolio analysis and reporting and designing digital experiences.
• Extensive experience working closely with advisers accountants and clients resulting in a deep understanding of their reporting needs and workflows.
• Ability to breakdown complex problems identify high-value opportunities and prioritise solutions in a logical strategic sequence.
• Skilled in documenting user stories and collaborating with development teams to translate requirements into actionable into actionable work.
• Strong understanding of investment data including corporate actions security pricing income processing and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in performance calculation methodologies and the impact of data integrity on accurate portfolio reporting.
• Passionate about UX design with a creative mindset to contribute to visual design and user interface improvements.
• Excellent communicator with influencing skills across business and technology teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple pieces of work effectively.
• Experience with APIs databases and technical troubleshooting is a plus.
