Location: Orlando FL

CORY is hiring an experienced General Manager who is passionate and driven about real estate and ready to innovate and make a real impact every day.

About Our Client:

Our client is a vertically integrated real estate operating company with a strong national presence and a reputation for operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

Assist with strategic initiatives and daily operations for 10 assets.
Lead initiatives to maximize NOI.
Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets.
Adhere to all compliance regulations and local laws.
Deliver the highest level of tenant satisfaction.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

5 years in a regional supervisor or manager role within property management.
Able to manage multiple priorities across assets and stakeholders.
Hands-on self-directed accountable professional with strong follow-through.
CAM or CAP certifications are highly preferred.
Ability to train develop and retain highly engaged teams.

Perks and Benefits Youll Receive:

Base salary up to $100000 plus bonus based on experience.
