Purpose of the role
The purpose of this post is to be a key link between families and the CHI patient system by providing information and the benefits of private health insurance for admissions to the hospital. The post holder will work closely with insurance companies to validate and collate claims for submission.
Essential Criteria
- Leaving Cert/QQI Level 6 or equivalent qualification
- Accounts Receivable experience
- Good working experience of Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
