Senior Fund Accounting Officer (Lux)

What youll do

• Youll prepare review and analyze financial statements and investor reporting packages ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery

• Youll manage complex topics including carried interest waterfalls and profit distribution mechanisms across Private Equity and Real Estate structures

• Youll develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their operational and strategic needs and delivering tailored highquality solutions

• Youll collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data consistency process efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives

• Youll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements sharing insights and supporting the evolution of best practices.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of debt products including loans and bonds derivatives and Share class performance analysis
• Previous accounting experience mainly in closed-ended funds and open-ended funds with different asset classes.
