Purpose Statement

At CredPal we build complex financial and platform systems spanning credit wallets cards investments cross-border payments and internal operational tools. We operate distributed systems where financial correctness system reliability and release confidence are mission-critical. The Senior QA Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring our systems meet the highest standards of accuracy performance and stability at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for web mobile or enterprise applications.
  

• Design and maintain test plans test cases and automated test scripts.
  

• Drive test automation strategy and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  

• Perform functional regression integration API and performance testing.
  

• Collaborate with Product Engineering and DevOps teams during sprints and releases.
  

• Identify document and track defects; conduct root cause analysis.
  

• Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers and promote best practices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
  

• 5 years QA experience (preferably in fintech SaaS or transactional systems)
  

• Strong experience testing APIs and distributed systems
  

• Advanced SQL skills for reconciliation and data validation
  

• Hands-on experience building automation frameworks (Playwright Cypress Selenium REST Assured etc.)
  

• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
  

• Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
  

• Proven ability to lead quality initiatives across teams
  

Bonus: Experience with performance testing ledger systems financial calculations compliance environments or message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
