What Youll Do
- Plan and manage sales programs and promotional activities
- Review and oversee yearly contracts from a businessmanagement perspective
- Manage debit notes and invoices including coordination with internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and analyze sales and business reports for management
- Support sales teams with forecasting risk management and performance monitoring
- Improve and streamline business processes
- Conduct issue analysis and implement corrective actions
- Establish and enforce company policies and operational standards
What You Must Have
- Commercial training or a degree in Business/Management (preferred)
- 3 years of relevant experience in planning or business/process management
- Fluent English; German beneficial
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- Analytical structured and comfortable working with numbers
- Adaptable solutionoriented and proactive
