About the role
As an OSHClub Coordinator youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:
- Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage.
- Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
About the service:
Woodland Grove Primary service is a large pack up and pack down service with an active program where sport and outdoor play are a big focus. Children love being outside and we make the most of our undercover area playground spaces (including a senior playground) and two grass areas for games and team sports. We also offer plenty of arts and crafts with a program that adapts to childrens ideas.
The service is split into Junior and Senior groups and supported by a consistent team of seven permanent staff plus additional casual Educators. The school is fully fenced with a very supportive Principal creating a safe well-supported environment.

Strong communication skillsyoull be leading by example!

You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Australian work rights.
A relevant certificate or diploma level qualification in childrens services (ACECQA is preferred however experience is highly regarded.
