About the role

The Program co-ordinator role is responsible for seamless coordination of the Best Client Outcomes portfolio supporting the management and delivery of a multiple programs of work in Portfolio Delivery function. This role will be responsible for supporting detailed portfolio planning governance and knowledge management ensuring that all portfolio processes run smoothly and key information is well-organized and accessible.

This role will be instrumental in managing extensive cross-functional collaboration and engagement with enterprise stakeholders including program/project managers and senior leaders helping maintain critical portfolio artefacts and facilitating effective governance to align digital transformation efforts with the TAC Make Everyday Matter Strategy.

About the Team

Reporting to the Program Director Best Client Outcomes this role sits within the Best Client Outcomes Branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division. The division successfully delivers the organisations strategic priorities cost effectively and in a way that optimises client outcomes employee experience and a positive community impact.

What were looking for

Proven previous experience supporting digital transformation initiative including experience in Governance & Knowledge Management

Demonstrated experience maintaining portfolio artifacts (roadmaps registers documentation) and implementing or improving knowledge-sharing practices within a project/program delivery team or PMO environment.

Experience using Project Portfolio Management tools

Familiarity with PPM tools and software for portfolio tracking strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Power BI for basic reporting and insight generation.

Stakeholder Management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally including a proven track record of collaborating with project teams and effectively engaging senior leadership and other high-level stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
