Are you a dedicated customer service professional ready to take on a new challenge
As a Payroll Officer at UnitingCare you will be responsible for the reliable accurate and timely processing of transactional pay related activities made in accordance with the policies and procedures of UnitingCare as well as the governing legislation.
Please note this is a fixed term contract until September 2026.
Your part in our UnitingCare team
Employee file maintenance time data checks and corrections leave processing new starters terminations and job changes.
Completing all tasks allocated to a high standard within the required timelines and in accordance with the documented procedures.
Ensure all processing complies with the internal and external audit requirements.
Staff are paid in accordance with their terms and conditions of employment.
Undertake full end to end payroll processing including the completion of a fortnightly pay run.
Interpretation and processing of complex transactions UnitingCare is a large and complex environment with multiple EBAs Awards and pay processing cycles.
Provision of information as requested through internal Workday queries and direct telephone queries from team members.
