Were on the lookout for an experienced Admin Officer to join our vibrant team supporting programs across family services residential care foster care and home-based care. If you can multi-task hit the ground running and adapt quickly youll fit right in. No formal qualifications needed but extensive experience in compliance and admin support is a must. We value the energy of working together in person. If youve got initiative a good sense of humour and a passion for making a difference (especially in the NFP space) wed love to meet you. Change is constant here so come and help us shape it.
This is a Permanent Fulltime (38hours a week) opportunity based in Geelong. The position reports to the Senior Administration Officer.
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role you will have:
Prior experience in an administration role is essential
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast changing and fast paced environment.
Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines.
Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams of peers staff and other stakeholders as well as initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.
