Be Challenged and Imagine with Us

Provide advice and coordination of research operational matters associated with the advancement of research in the College of Human and Social Futures.

In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Support the Senior Manager Research and Innovation to provide advice to academic staff in the Humanities Law Social Science Creative Industries and Business on researcher development internal funding opportunities and other research matters
  • Work closely with new staff and early career researchers to support their knowledge of research systems in the College and University
  • Develop and review procedures facilitate implementation and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate implement evaluate and report on internal College grant schemes
  • Coordinate data collection information and databases for the Research and Innovation portfolio

This continuing position is full time at a HEW 6 Higher Education Level and will be located at the City Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

  3. Proven expertise facilitating research procedures and processes in a university research institute or similar large organisation.
  4. Demonstrated high-level written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to develop effective relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders professional and academic colleagues.
