Manager Marketing Communications
About the opportunity
The Manager Marketing Communications is responsible for leading the team to deliver targeted above and below the line communication activities and campaigns and will lead the provision of communications advice and service across the business of WorkSafe: Health and Safety Insurance Scheme Psychological Health and Strategy.
Liaising and developing strong relationships with key leaders across the business the Manager Marketing Communications will lead the research development implementation and evaluation of external communications services providing leadership and support to a team of marketing communications professionals. The role combines a hands-on implementation marketing focus with an ability to manage and lead strategically.

You are a strategic communications professional with a proven ability to lead motivate and develop highperforming teams. Your strong project management and organisational capabilities enable you to effectively plan and oversee multiple projects resources and competing priorities while delivering to tight deadlines. With exceptional interpersonal skills you build constructive and influential relationships positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who can confidently negotiate and guide key stakeholders.
