Are you a BCBA who believes ABA should never exist in a vacuum Our client is moving beyond the traditional ABA-only model and building something bettercare that is ethical collaborative and truly responsive to families real-world needs.
This locally owned founder-led clinic in McKinney is entering a major growth phase in 2026 launching new initiatives designed to close gaps in care and raise the standard for how behavioral services are delivered.

- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: This year the clinic is integrating LPCs with PCIT training allowing you to work alongside mental health professionals and provide wrap-around support to families.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $85000 $98000 performance-based bonuses
