Job Summary
**What Youll Do**
- Become the go-to expert on LesBaird Consulting LLCs RMA processmaster it own it and keep it running smoothly so our customers get the support they deserve
- Create Install Bases like a pro following order fulfillment bringing precision and accuracy to every single entry
- Keep Install Base data fresh and accurate by reviewing customer reports and validating information with a keen eye for detail
- Champion standardized processes across LesBaird Consulting LLCs Service Supply Chainfrom RMA Management to Inventory Depot Operations and Repair Operationsmaking sure everyones on the same page
- Partner with internal teams to dream up and roll out process improvements that boost efficiency make operations repeatable and scale our critical reporting functions to new heights
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related field.
Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (Excel Power BI Tableau etc.).
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
