Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service offering expert advice on suits jackets trousers shirts and formalwear
- Conduct measurements and fittings providing recommendations for the perfect fit
- Drive sales performance upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue
- Maintain high visual standards and ensure the concession always reflects brand quality
- Support stock management including replenishment size checks and maintaining stock integrity
- Actively contribute to team targets and KPIs including conversion UPT and average transaction value
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge trends and tailoring techniques
- Uphold Frasers and Threadologys standards processes and operational policies
Qualifications :
Passion for menswear tailoring and premium customer service
- Previous experience in retail concessions or high Street/premium fashion tailoring experience preferred
- Strong selling and influencing skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment
- Highly organised self-motivated and a team player
- Flexible to work weekends evenings and peak trading periods
