Contract: Permanent full time with a rotating weekly shift pattern

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid & Remote options available)

How will you contribute

As a Customer Support and Sales Advisor youll speak with existing customers who call us with queries about their products or services. Your role is to:

• Understand their needs

• Resolve their questions

• Introduce relevant solutions that genuinely add value

• Ensure every interaction leads to the right customer outcome

Youll log into our virtual contact centre at the start of your shift and handle a steady flow of inbound calls throughout the day. Every conversation is an opportunity to support a customer build rapport and make a positive impact.

Although the role is hybrid/remote youre never on your own. Youll be part of a supportive team that values your efforts celebrates your success and helps you grow. Its challenging but incredibly rewarding.

Shift Pattern

Rotating weekly shifts between 8am8pm Monday to Sunday

• 37.5 hours per week

• Breaks: 60 minute lunch 2 x15 minute breaks.
