POSITION RESPONABILITIES:
Communication with clients to inform about order status (scheduling delivery replenishment)
Together with Planning work on meeting delivery commitment dates to clients
Customer service being the main contact in the company
Ensure communication (prioritization) of delivery scheduling to clients
Analysis of estimated cost of the process related to Customer Service and Planning
Analysis of the process together with Planning for improvements and implementations of this
Support to the Materials department to ensure correct compliance with internal processes
Keep data updated such as material clients dates and Oracle system
KPIs compliance
English intermediate
Industrial Engineer Bachelor of Administration or related
Computational programs Advance Oracle
Knowledge of Customer Service Assertive Communication Negotiation Planning Teamwork
