Job Description

Manage end-to-end vendor relationships with multiple partners across diverse regions ensuring strong performance compliance and alignment with business goals.
Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing service levels contractual terms and change management.
Maintain up-to-date compliant vendor agreements and statements of work aligned with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations Quality Finance Procurement) to monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Benchmark vendor capabilities and costs to ensure competitiveness and support strategic decision-making.
Contribute to annual budget planning and implement cost optimization initiatives.
Oversee billing and financial reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy transparency and adherence to contractual terms.
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors representing vendor management in executive and strategic discussions.
Influence senior leaders to drive governance performance excellence and vendor strategy initiatives.
Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of vendor management professionals.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business finance or related field.
Min 8 years of experience in vendor management outsourcing and partnerships.
Proven track record in managing multi-country and complex vendor / partner ecosystems.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Experience in customer care or contact center environments is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
People leadership experience with small to mid-sized teams.
