We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Management Officer.

Principal responsibilities
- Assist IT manager to do Recourse Management including Costs Management Headcount Sustainable Saves Profit & Loss to ensure the overall department is on the right track to operate / develop
- Ensure accurate plan and forecast numbers are captured.
- Monitor report and manage budgets and expenditure
- Process control management cooperate with regulator and global governance.
- Provide back-office support to project manager
Requirements
- 3 years of PMO PM back-office work experience
- Strong communication skill and good business writing skill. Cantonese speaker and good in Oral and written English.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail with logical thinking and sense of number
- Possesses financial knowledge & commercial sense
- Build good relationship with all parties and stakeholder management
- Ability to simplify / automate processes rather than rely on manual routines
- Able to establish framework methodology and clear procedures to drive things through
- Familiar with Office tools like PPT Visio Excel XMind
- Good presentation Skill.
