Job Description

- Implement high-performing campaign management and execution of display advertising strategies to drive brand awareness traffic and conversions
- Manage and optimize display campaigns across various platforms (Google Display Network Youtube Meta Tiktok programmatic networks etc)
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance using analytic tools such as Tableau Google Analytics and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in display advertising
- Execute and prioritize all the tasks / activities within the managed campaigns
- Mature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently and ensure all the expected deliverables or service are delivered

Requirements

- Graduated from reputable university. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Math Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on display advertising
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing display advertising campaigns
- Possess exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis
- Good communication skill self-driven love challenges and enthusiasm to pursue excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool (Tableau Google Data Studio etc)
