Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Practice best Quality Engineering guideline defined by the Quality Engineering department
Work with engineers to understand business requirement
Work with Associate Quality Assurance Lead to understand the technical specification
Participate requirement review session and log clarification for unambiguity requirement
Functional test case writing execution & Defect management
If automation scripting and trouble shooting
Support Ass. Lead to prepare test plans
Identify non functional & support for NFR strategy
Drive system integration testing
UAT document preparation and UAT demo
Follow Agile process
On-time delivery
Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation

Person Specifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field or BSc equivalent qualification
03 year(s) experience in Software Quality Assurance
Good understanding on basic QA practice
Knowledge in testing concept and model
Knowledge in Test Management tools (Jira/HPQC)
Hands on experience in manual and test automation
Basic knowledge of OOP concept
Analytical problem-solving teamwork and communication skills
Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
