Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FTM Senior Manager to serve as the FTM Workstream Lead for the US pool within our Global Delivery Center in Mexico. This role combines solution leadership people leadership and delivery governance across projects. You will work handson in SAP delivery oversee a midsized team of FTM consultants (approximately 30) ensure consistent delivery excellence across engagements and build FTM capability by upskilling and crossskilling the team.

What youll do

Solution & Delivery Leadership

Lead and govern SAP FTM solution delivery across multiple global projects (greenfield brownfield rollouts AMS).

Provide solution assurance: blueprint validation design reviews RICEFW oversight cutover strategy and deployment quality gates.

Act as an escalation lead for complex FTM design or integration issues (SD MM Banking Tax Engines like One Source Vertex 3rd Party Systems ARIBA etc.).

People Management Lead a Large FTM Consulting Team

Manage and grow a team of 30 FTM consultants

Liaison with project and capability leads in the US for deliveries.

Oversee performance management staffing mentoring skill development engagement and succession planning.

Enable a highperformance culture through coaching training certifications and capability uplift programs.

PreSales

Support pursuits for FTM and S/4 transformations: solutioning estimates staffing models and delivery approaches.

What youll bring:

Relevant SAP certifications in treasury or Banking or S/4HANA Activate.
Knowledge of automation in FTM (AI-based invoice capture touchless procurement strategies).
Industry expertise in one or more of the following sectors: Energy Manufacturing Consumer Goods Retail Life Sciences or High Tech.
