The Senior Treasury Manager LEAN Transformation & Programs is part of Vernova HQ Treasury and the Transaction Services Programs & Governance team. This role is responsible for leading LEAN transformation initiatives impacting Treasury Transaction Services processes systems and operating model design. The role partners closely with Treasury Operations leadership and the Finance/Treasury Lean Transformation organization to drive process standardization operational efficiency and sustainable transformation outcomes across GE Vernova Treasury.This role reports to the Senior Manager Programs & Governance under the Managing Director Treasury Operations.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead LEAN transformation initiatives for Treasury Transaction Services.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Programs & Governance organization.
- Drive execution of Treasury transformation priorities.
- Build strong partnerships across Treasury Finance Digital Technology and other cross-functional stakeholders on systems and process strategy.
- Lead coach and develop a customer-focused transformation team.
- Apply LEAN tools and methodologies to improve efficiency reduce waste and strengthen process outcomes.
- Design and implement target-state Treasury procedures and processes.
- Facilitate Kaizen events with defined KPI outcomes.
- Lead 5-Why and Root Cause Analysis sessions.
- Drive corrective actions and sustainable process improvements.
- Support transformation governance reporting and leadership updates.
- Build strong partnerships across Treasury Finance Digital Technology and other functions.
- Resolve issues and remove barriers impacting transformation execution.
- Support Treasury-related M&A integration activities as needed.
- Travel to GE Vernova sites as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or related field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of Treasury functional and/or transformation experience in GE Vernova / GE Treasury.
- 2 years of Lean transformation experience in the Treasury space.
- Formal LEAN training and/or certification including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt equivalent certification or GE Vernova advanced LEAN training.
- Demonstrated experience applying LEAN methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with GE Vernova Treasury sub-systems including but not limited to Quantum TRAX MDM MySuite 360T as well as GE Vernova ERPs.
- Experience with GE Vernova Treasury TMS and Payment Factory infrastructure implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
