Minimum Starting Pay $20/hour $2.00/hour shift differential
Hours: 2nd Shift (3 pm - 11 pm) and 3rd Shift (11 pm - 7 am)

Responsibilities
These positions are responsible for safely manufacturing quality parts in a fast-paced assembly/production environment. The goal of the Production Associate is to achieve excellence in all facets of the role; providing the highest quality service safely while effectively and efficiently increasing profits.
Entry Level role duties include a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Performing assembly testing problem-solving material handling welding paint line operation press room operation and quality control.
Adhere to workplace safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Skilled Level role duties include a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Operate basic welding equipment to assemble and join metal components according to specifications.
Interpret blueprints engineering drawings and work orders to execute accurate welds.
Inspect welds for quality and ensure adherence to company standards and safety guidelines.
Adhere to workplace safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
