Where you come in
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth efficient order processing and administrative support within the Diabetes Division.
You will specialize in processing orders for Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products while also supporting a range of administrative tasks essential to our daytoday operations.
You will collaborate closely with the Supervisor Marketing and Operations Manager and broader team to help ensure timely distribution of products and consistent highquality service to patients customers and partners.
- You will manage:
- Order Processing
- You process orders accurately and efficiently to support timely distribution of Dexcom and partner products such as Tandem Hypopak and Glooko.
- You complete account creation account updates quote verification and other steps related to order fulfillment.
- You manage a variety of order types including:
- Dexcom NDSS Kit Purchase Orders
- DVA Orders
- Wholesaler Orders
- Faulty or Warranty Replacement Orders
- Dexcom Clinical Trial Orders
- Diabetes Online Shop Orders (including Tandem and Glooko products)
- All other Dexcom and Diabetes-related orders
- General Administration
- You maintain trackers conduct quality checks perform data collection and support a range of administrative activities.
- You maintain customer account records and ensure information accuracy.
- You complete additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the wider team.
