WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will perform daily cash and position reconciliations; investigate breaks.
• You will book entries in the accounting system (enfusion)
• You will monitor book and reconcile bank debt activity and do fund expense reporting and payments
• You will report to the front office and management (e.g. risk reporting margin financing)
• You will do monthly NAV review. GL PL and position reconciliations
• You will liaise with the fund administrator throughout the month-end process. Reconcile the NAV pack and investor statements
• You will do other adhoc tasks including do regular client reporting as well as financial statement tie-outs: be responsible for reconciling source data against financial statements

Qualifications :

ABOUT YOU

• You are a graduate of accounting or any business-related course with 2 years relevant accounting experience
• You have actual work experience in the preparation of working paper files financial statements with disclosures and other financial information
• You have Intermediate Excel skills such as pivot tables lookup if and other similar functions. 
• You have effective written and verbal intermediate communication skills. 
• You have experience in using accounting software (Investran software is desired). 
• Desire to complete Certified Public Accountant qualification if applicable. 
• Experience working in Financial Services or Shared Services office environment.   
• Experience working in a multinational office environment. 
• Open to travel and other secondment opportunities abroad. 
• University Degree in Accountancy and other accounting-related courses.
